Return information

if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odor or fragrance for a refund within 14 days of the date of receiving your package.

all items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

swimwear must be returned with all tags and hygienic liner attached. we recommend swimwear to be tried on over underwear.

when returning items for a refund, a $10 fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. we are unable to refund original shipping charges.

if you choose to return item(s) with your own shipping label, we recommend using a trackable method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

we do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

sales items

all items purchased during a sale period are final sale.

items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. if a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be returned to the client.

we do not offer price adjustments.

return process

please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they have reached our warehouse.

refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

it may take up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account,depending upon your financial institution.

exchanges

we currently offer exchanges on eligible item(s) for a different size. we are unable to PRovide exchanges for a different color or style.

please be mindful that exchanges are not guaranteed, as items are not held and reserved.
in the event that you would like to participate in an exchange, we recommend sending your return back as soon as possible to secure the desired size, as it may sell out in the mean time.

order issues

if you experience any issues with your order, such as damaged, defective, or missing items, please submit a claim via email to (legal@1lv1.com) within 2 days of delivery.

please include your order number in the subject line and clear pictures relevant to your claim.

damaged returns

returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

we will not accept returned garments that are not approved. there are no exceptions to our return policy.

non-returnable items

items that have been worn, washed, stained or damaged are ineligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer.

items without the original tags and packaging are ineligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer.

any item that is marked with a final sale, including gift cards, will not be accepted.
